  • Sacred Grief Work is a compassionate, somatic space for grief in all its forms, not only the grief of death, but also the grief of relationships ending, identities shifting, careers changing, dreams dissolving, and the world no longer feeling as it once did.

    Through embodied presence, gentle inquiry, and ritual, grief is met as an intelligent, human response to love, meaning, and attachment. This work creates room for the fullness of your experience to be witnessed, integrated, and held with dignity.
